      Pros

      There is never a boring day at Travelstride: each day I get to work on new and interesting challenges, build products I genuinely find interesting, and work with a team of people I am excited to see every day. The amount I've grown in my time at Travelstride is incredible, and an opportunity I don't think I would have gotten anywhere else.

      Cons

      The pace is fast, but that comes with being a startup. The entire team is close knit and constantly willing to help each other out and moving towards the same goal.

      Working at Travelstride has so far been a rewarding experience! The team is truly one of the best parts - everyone is reliable, collaborative, and fun to work with, which is essential in a small startup environment. I love speaking with travellers from around the world, helping them find the right trip while constantly expanding my own travel knowledge. There’s strong visibility into company goals and financials, and I appreciate the structure of weekly team check ins that keep us all aligned. One standout perk is having direct mentorship from a board member, which has been invaluable for my career growth.

      The pace is high because we are a small team, but the impact, team and learning opportunities make it more than worthwhile. If you're looking for a high impact role where your opinion matters and your work contributes directly to the company's growth, Travelstride is a great place to be!
