      I came from a good and non toxic team

      Cons

      - No Christmas gift/bonus - HR is a bad attitude. There’s no employee relation and have favoritism. - Low basic salary - Low annual increase - Cheap in terms on employee needs - Cannot see the hardwork of the employee specifically pandemic days - There’s a 2 years contract, If you resigned less than your contract you need to pay twice of your salary - There’s no laptop will be provide if you’re in the back office. You need to pay half of the cost and you can have it yours after 3 years. - Once a month salary disbursement. - 12 hours work!

      Great Team Members Work From Home

      Cons

      Very Low Salary compared to other logistics international companies. Too much workload for a low salary. No Christmas Gifts or Bonuses except for the loyalty bonus attached in the contract. Has a security bond 2 year contract meaning that you have to pay them if you did not last two years.
