Pros

There are nice people working there.

Cons

No overtime pay for installers and a regular work week is usually 60 hours. No paid vacation time for most. Expect to be pressured into driving for them, no matter your job title. If you expect to be rewarded for hard work or for taking initiative, forget it. Just offer a few good ideas on how to move the company into "best of the best" status and you'll receive a phone call informing you of your dismissal. God forbid they would actually want to do things professionally and by the book. Oh...and apparently drinking and drugging is allowed on the clock.

Pros

They offer competitive pay based on experience.

Cons

Reckless, ghetto, no safety,. When you speak on it, you're fired!
