Pros

I have been working here just over six months and appreciate being surrounded by people passionate about what they do and determined to succeed. A few of the pros: - Opportunity for advancement (If you're willing to work hard) - Great co-workers - Ability to collaborate with management on solutions. - Conference travel - Groceries are provided every week so you can eat breakfast/lunch/snacks in office - Modern offices with top of the line technology for daily work - Flexibility for time off From everything I've seen the company is committed to being an industry leader and with that willing to change/learn/adapt when it's needed, and I think that says a lot.

Cons

Currently understaffed so there is a variety of roles to fulfill.

Pros

Flexible translation work. Do jobs whenever suits you (depending on availability)

Cons

Low pay, lack of job security, no benefits, harsh and rigid ratings as the sole basis of employment.

Learned so much from her about sales, excellent person to work for. She expects a lot, but she'll help you every step of the way if need be.

Cons

-Startup, not very structured in terms of roles and responsibilities. -Job expectations not set and always changing. -No initial training on products/services. -Understaffed
