- Great team spirit as well as culture - Collaborative teams - International aspects (many different nationalities within the company) - Flexibility (Home Office, digital tools, IT Equipment available to work from home) - Flat hierarchies and short communication ways - E-Commerce branch (great branch to work in!)

Cons

- No time tracking system (confidential time)

Clearly their benefits, trainstation nearby, events, food all the time, free coffee and they don't care wether you work 35 hours or 40 in Dev because they don't track time and nobody cares, so flexible hours is quite cool.

Cons

How about that everything has to be done with python because our lead fancies it and that our lead doesn't care about controlling anything at all or the product is not being improved. The processes are not agile at all, company seems to hire only young and cheap employees, software company with more people and salary in c-level than dev, they restructure the company but do the assessment in German (some of us were told we weren't even allowed to apply)
