      Very good company culture Teammates help each other and answer questions Friendly environment with no company politics Very respectful of employees

      Projects were under-resourced, hence sometimes the workload was high.

      Toxic culture with low pay and overwork

      Nothing. Other than it's remote.

      Cons

      Performative. Present a collaborative environment but they really mean you have to do what they want. Your opinion or feedbacks don't matter and can get you fired. Blindside people with layoffs. Low pay Overworking their employees
