      Buy snacks for the team with blood money

      Cons

      Deceive customers, the CEO, CCO and CFO all took big raises then laid off 42 people.

      unethical leadership, illegal firing practices, leadership doesn't care about employees, more so a requirement than an expectation to work overtime and weekends without actually making that requirement known and then firing employees for not working overtime and weekends

      Pros

      Great teams of people and an amazing connection between coworkers. Everyone works together to get the job done—and done well. You can sense the passion peers have for their work and their career, and those peers (not upper management) care about the growth of others.

      Cons

      New management has completely hindered and prevented growth of the company's own employees. Does not see the potential in TrackR's team that has been keeping the train going all these years, and instead chose to send the work to agencies (some especially incompetent). If you need a paycheck, go for it, but if you want a career I would keep looking. It's simply a high-stress environment with no satisfaction from having accomplished something. Merely disappointing.
