      Good team, bad management

      Pros

      The team there is really good in either of the counties, you'll enjoy the friendly collaboration with them.

      Cons

      You can't work with worse management. The management decisions there are pretty much kid's minded. The owner is very fond of himself. Firing other employees on the spot right in front of you without any prior notice will make you see your end with them clearly.

      Process is very easy. Work is good. CEO is very good and friendly

      Cons

      Salary is very less for seniors. Hr and mangers are very dumb and idiot. They are ready to pay huge amount for new joiners. New joiners come and work for two months and leave the office. Whereas senior are working hard and achieving all the targets. They pay very less. IJP selection is done on basis of mangers personal choice.
