Pros

Sane development practices, Great CI & Automated testing. Hard work being done to make things better.

Cons

Product direction perhaps lacking. Development teams are siloed. Feature decisions are not made with enough information.

Pros

People are hard working and try to do the impossible with limited resources

Cons

The co-founders are not qualified to be leading the entire business and with the C-level suite changes over the last year are now taking on more than they know how. (The CEO, a few VPs, and the HR director all left in 2018 and weren't replaced.) . Month-to-month changes in strategy and goals create a confusing vision that is frustrating to work towards. There is no clear product or revenue stream and the company is still relying on investors, which resulted in a high number of redundancies within the last 12 months.
