      Totara fosters a positive work culture that encourages contributions from team members at all levels. Employees also benefit from a strong work-life balance and the flexibility to work from home.

      None I can think of. It's a really awesome place.

      Pros

      * Great people * Great work environment and culture. Several colleagues have left in the past, then returned to Totara after a year or two. Staff turnover is much lower than typical for the tech industry. * Good benefits: health insurance, extra leave above the statutory requirement * Remote/WFH friendly environment * Company health looks good, revenue growing at a healthy rate * Supportive managers

      Cons

      * Owned by a private equity firm. * Technical improvement not prioritized in the past. The priority is shipping features, though this is improving.
