There are 3 steps of the interview process. 1. Culture fit interview 2. Technical interview (Code review) If you pass this stage you will have the offer. 3. Meet the head of Engineering

Went into the interview for a particular position, but was immediately told at the start of the interview (with no questions asked, not even proper introductions) that I didn't have the experience for the position (despite clearly exceeding the experience advertised) and thus began 20 minutes of encouragement to consider a much more junior role. I closed the interview myself once I realised no questions were being asked of me and gave feedback to the recruiter.
