Pros
-Flexible schedule -Very friendly staff -Great knowledge about franchising to receive from a few business legends. -Great portfolio builder -Great networking opportunities
Cons
-No promised contractual bonusing for Account managers bringing in new clients. -It’s a hotbed of liability -Requests for performance reviews being completely ignored on part of turnover and saving a dime. - No actual design team -No department heads -No true “production manager” ahead of deliverables. As an AM, you’re it. Good luck, stay disciplined. -Fly-by-night third party white label services -No plans to train incoming replacements so the weight falls on the AMs to show newcomers the ropes right now. It’s the company’s responsibility to train. -You can be the most skilled AM on the planet and feel your head spin in the disorganization of middle and upper management. The goalposts for process remain inconsistent. -Don’t be a sucker. There’s nothing to incentivize the really great employees. Your gift for good work is more work. No scaled compensation.
