Consider your goals and morals before applying

Pros

The culture is very laid back. There is also a fair amount to distract you from the monotony of the work: games, free lunches, events, etc.. The atmosphere is generally friendly.

Cons

The theme that encapsulates most of the negative experiences at Top Source is dishonesty. It ranged all across the board, from the selling of products that read like spam, to the promises pay raises that never come. Upon hire, you are hopeful with promises of a raise (to a pretty sad starting amount based on how well the company itself is doing) and for career progression and promotion within the company. They have a history of not giving the raises they promise, and career growth is code for more work without more pay. The work itself has caused multiple employees to quit for ethical reasons. There were also some cases of company policy (sick and vacation days) changing without communicating it to the employees until months after it was in effect. Other concerns of note: Gossip (from management down) Poor/Unprofessional HR system Nepotism Greed

Pros

Encouraged to play pool, ping-pong and darts at least twice a day. Free lunches. Flexible work schedule. Commission can be made if you're a writer.

Cons

Very poor management. HR is a joke. Absolutely no room to grow your career. This is strictly an entry level job, so don't expect very good pay. The company makes so much money, yet pays their employees below a living wage. Not to mention, this company scams customers purposely and outwardly, so if you have any morals, you'll want to stay away.

Misleading and Untrustworthy

Pros

Catered Lunch Ping Pong and Pool Table Flexible Hours

Cons

Crappy Pay: You are worth more than what they're willing to give. Toxic Environment: People are always talking behind each other's backs, and the management has no problem joining in. Sketchy Work: Black hat SEO. Anyone with any sort of moral compass should steer clear. Management Doesn't Care: They say they do, but they don't. They'll have no problem lying to your face and placing blame on others Mindless work: Its super easy, but none of it is worthy of a portfolio.
