Free Coffee. Nice Location. Good Colleagues.

Cons

This review is coerced. While many individuals in the office/company are wonderful colleagues and friends, the overall day to day environment is emotionally and professionally oppressive. Management is reactionary and confused. I am, frankly, incensed, that I have been 'asked' to write a 'positive' review of the company and my experience of it.

- Great coworkers - Complimentary coffee - Good location with lots of restaurants around -Indoor bike racks - Active social committee - Lunch and learns & lunchtime sports - Chance to reach out to world-renowned animation studios and to help smaller studios grow

Cons

- Erratic management - Decisions that are consciously taken to the detriment of employees to please customers - Poor communication between departments - Lack of vision in mid/long term decision making, resulting in a lot of knee-jerk changes - Lots of major business opportunities operating without a plan - Growth is limited and at times also prevented - No HR Department
