      Pros

      Not a lot of pros, there is some nice people working there

      Cons

      Management style Morale Annual leave 20 days which is actually only 16 when your forced to take days at Xmas time Lack of a package it’s just your flat salary unless your liked and they may give you health insurance and other things No structure They are out to make money for themselves that is it Do not question anything they do I would question the behaviour of the management it’s border line bullying in my opinion

      Micro management No health care, pension, sick pay Lots of favourites in the company 20 annual leave days a year forced to keep 4 of those for use at Christmas time so you actually get 16 annual leave days a year They don’t care if your going through anything in your personal life no support what so ever No recognition for hard work Expected to work outside of area of responsibilities without additional compensation Very bad management style and extremely low morale

      Colleagues were decent and enjoyed working with them mostly

      No Sick pay No Benefits Low starting Salary €22k - €25k No promotional opportunities No real pay rises....get a gift voucher for 500 if lucky...review is a joke No additional training provided by company Just no...seriously....look elsewhere don't waste your time
