Technical learning is good for a maximum of 1 year

Cons

Work life balance is a joke. The company constantly takes pleasure in eating into the personal time of people. Goes as far as cutting down on weekends and festival holidays. People who stay late at nights are considered better. Terrible logic. Grades are given based on turns, not on performance.

1. Less salary but more work 2. Assembly and execution team suffers the most. Even female employees are made to work till 11 pm everyday 3. The R level managers only know to torture the subordinates to get their work done. They are inhumane. Never know their team's struggles and efforts 4. No work life balance - need to work like machines to deliver the machines 5. Even when u resign, though the notice period is 1 month, the manager will assign a different project , send u for commissioning to a faraway location wothiut any support and make u stay there for 2 months.. literally they make you cry..no smooth transition. 6. Always stress and no mental peace
