Pros

Work culture is great! There is work life balance as the company organises trips & parties often to release our work stress. We get to learn a lot of new things & gain experience as we can take up multiple roles in the company.

Cons

As it is a startup, we had to work on a couple of weekends before. But I can't term it as cons as all the startups do this in the initial phases of growth. Currently we work only 5 days a week & timings is quite flexible.

The team is a bunch of friendly and smart employees

Cons

Employees have to work 10 hours mandatory. No flexible timings & zero life outside work. Management does not want to hear practically about the amount of work you can do in a day. They expect the universe. The work culture at CEO & core team level is extremely toxic (90% would be petrified to speak when they were around)

Nice place, friendly co workers, cool timings,lots to learn, young and smart minds around, been here with them for 3 long years,they are growing crazily..
