Management does not appreciate the employee. Very poor time management lead to tasks being very rushed and even QC have not enough time to perform adequate testing resulting in poor feedback to clients and also from management and upper management. No proper programming workflow and framework to be found. Salary is stagnant for experienced programmer. Bunch of ad-hoc task on weekends but only replacement leave is available as compensation. Lousy direction from incompatible product team leading to waste of time and resources. If you would like to become a proper programmer learning proper programming frameworks and workflow, don't waste your time here.
