      Great colleagues but poor management

      Pros

      The team is wonderful and full of inspiring, humble people with a passion for their craft and sustainability. Company mission is great 🌟

      Cons

      Senior management is not listening when we raise that the workload is way to high. Lots of stress leading to simple misstakes and poor work results. Too focused on profit rather than a good customer XP.

      Great culture, quite flat hierarchy, awesome people, customer love/obsess about the product, real tangible environmental impact of our product success.

      Cons

      Often chaotic, sometimes plans are short-sighted, intrinsically the power market has been volatile which has been scary at times, although really profitable and cool at others.

      Pros

      There is good ideas behind the business, Nothing revolutionary, but all in all something people can stand behind. Good folks with interesting ideas.

      Cons

      Lots of the buzzwords and promises to be fossil-free and sustainable are marketing and sales tactics to acquire new customers, unfortunately. Let's hope it got better, but until about summer 2023 turnover was pretty high and people were stressed. The CEO is a bit here and there and struggled to keep his story straight. I personally did not like the office space. Luckily my colleagues were always fun and helpful and just nice to be around. Hated to see so many of them being let go. I wish tibber the best and truly hope they succeed. The internal developments internally, up to the point of my departure, made me realize I probably dodged a bullet.
