Pros

- Work from home/remote - Wonderful colleagues all over the world That's all.

Cons

- First round of layoffs occurred - No company culture left - Company is not making any money - Dated/buggy product - Clear fear of executives If Thunkable doesn't get absorbed by an EdTech company in a year, it will go under. The only people that regularly use it are students.

Pros

Some smart, fun coworkers. Remote work. Experience gained in the tech industry. That's it.

Cons

Where to even begin? This company used to be so promising. After securing funding, hires were made & culture was supportive, even fun. But...over time all of the charm & culture of the company was completely erased. Also, certain teams are treated like trash (wrongfully) & other teams are treated (wrongfully) like Gods. It's a game of favoritism. The reality is that sales (lots of leadership turnover) & the engineering team are failing, making other teams pay the price. In late 2023, what was called the first round of layoffs occurred & the employees who experienced the brunt of other failing teams did not receive much support, especially since this happened before the holidays. This company does not care about its employees, its product is failing & it shows. People are leaving as quickly as they can now even though it's hard to find a job right these days. What more proof do you need?
