Pros

Absolutely none that I can think of.

Cons

If you are unfortunate enough to work for a company acquired by 3C, start looking for a new job now. If you are applying from the outside, turn around and run. The fact that venture capitalist have entrusted their CEO, Yoda, with running this company is terrifying. He has no regard for the individuals that work below him and is widely out of touch with reality. Mix in his general lack of experience in life, much less running an M&A company, and the results speak for themselves. He's erratic and not in control of his emotions and hiring and firing is done on the whim of a kid who's brain is only recently fully-formed. This leadership style trickles down through his minions in HR and you quickly realize how you as an employee are just a consumable meant to be squeezed dry and throw away in favor of someone off-shore making 1/3 of your salary. During the InventoryLab acquisition, benefits were cut, PTO was cut. healthcare was cut, and 401k match was cut. Significantly.

Pros

remote, that's about the only good thing i can think of

Cons

-ridiculously low salaries compared to industry average -like others said, company really doesn't have a culture. dont think ceo even knows what a culture is -pretty obvious no employee cares about the company. i think most people know it's a terrible company -you might have benefits but it's unclear when/if you're going to get them -paid once a month. looking to jump ships anytime any day
