Pros

The only reason to work there is if you want to feel like you are going to contribute for a startup if that’s what you want to do go for it.

Cons

Positive reviews feel so fishy here please read the other reviews that aren’t so positive they really say how it is. Extremely unprofessional toxic work environment most of the time I felt like I was In high school again cliques, unprofessional memes being sent in company chat, it feels very juvenile, staff is mostly under 30 so that is understandable but management is incompetent. They make you feel like everything you do is wrong and people are constantly spying on each other to get over and get promoted they take zero trust there slogan at heart. Also don’t fall for they will teach you if you’re inexperienced you have about a week to learn if not behind your back they will talk down on you. Also the higher ups are just a joke one person in a very high position is known to cause problems just for fun no reason at all and if you have no solution your less than zero to that person they won’t even respond to you. Honestly they act like a spoiled brat. Also there’s no stability yes it’s a startup but I had multiple managers in my time there. It’s a place you work at to transition to a real cyber security job with a real company. You will get burned out. And if you speak up they will fire you and say you were underperforming I saw it multiple times in my tenure there. So again use this company the same way they will use you to progress in the cyber security industry and move on to another company once you have gained experience.

Pros

Offer letter was immediate after interview. Workers were upbeat and outgoing as most were new employees (6 months was a veteran) Free food and drinks in the kitchen area.

Cons

They are always hiring because workers are either let go or leaving weekly.(post there hires Monday, fire on Friday) Benefits package is the worst I ever had. No feedback on work completed, no code reviews, new employee code would go directly out to beta. First negative comment about my work came when my supervisor was giving me a reason for being let go (90 days in). Sick days come out of your 2 weeks vacation No 2 weeks notice, if you leave it's today

Pros

Great Product, excellent marketing, and nothing spared for creating a good external image. That external image is impressive during the hiring process as well.

Cons

There are few established internal processes; little work-specific onboarding and most leaders are beyond their scope, Being able to sell a product shouldn't be a reason to be promoted to a leadership role, and several "leaders" aren't equipped for leadership, and should've remained independent contributors. At the very least they need training. Lastly, very unprofessional, profane language is standard practice from the top down, and it's incessant.
