      Pros

      They have good clients. They have good employees. These are the only 2 pros.

      Cons

      Lets get started: No Employee pay structuring. Salary is not comparable to the work expected. No processes for anything. No appraisal or bonuses, only empty promises. Have to threaten management (Owners) for be taken seriously. No employee retention plan in place. The owners do not do any work, only the employees do work. The management (Owners) have no hierarchical structure for the business. No Business foresight. While management goes for 3 foreign trips in a year employees need to borrow money for survival. They make you feel guilty for taking your own earned leaves. The management feels all employees are just slaves with no lives of their own. Absolutely bad timelines. Paper work is bad.

      Think tree media house is by far the worst place to work.

      Pros

      Alcohol is allowed inside the premises. Office is beautiful.

      Cons

      Minimal leaves available. No HR policies There are no HR policies(obviously, they barely have 15-18 people working for them). You need to good at ‘showing that you work’ instead of actually working. No work life balance No credit for good work People literally waste 2 hours in smoking rooms. No respect for employees They will higher you for less than market rate salary. The bosses consider themselves as “Marketing Gurus” which I highly doubt. These people are only good at lying or trying to get you to work for free. Bosses have enough money to go on 5-7 foreign vacations a year but not enough money to pay their employees. One word- Awful. Never join this organisation.
