      There is no pros for this totally un-recommended company therefore No such Pros. Sorry. but ONLY Cons and Cons. Worst management,worst company..You don't feel like a software company.Worker type.They don't want developers.They want workers who listens their orders and work as a slave.

      Cons

      Very bad environment because of the CEO. He don't want employees to work , he want them for harassment. He don't give respect to anyone. Even if the work is complete he torture them just because eh enjoyed it.

      Pros

      No positive thing about the company. They only make false promises with people at the time of interview and once you are in you will start feeling cheated.

      Cons

      No hr policies. Poor management. Work culture is too bad. Bad politics at senior level. No professional/career growth.

      There is no pros guys trust me they deserve minus rating.

      Cons

      There is N number of cons I don't know from where do I start. Don't think about joining the company If you are thinking about that Plz don't do that because you will spoil your career and your time also. They don't know how to work properly all they are doing just copy paste and so on.
