People working here will completely leave you alone. You can go over a week without interacting with another employee or your manager. This is also a con.
Cons
I was told by management, “Your salary is at the low end of average for our industry and that’s right where we want to be.” And that I wouldn’t receive any raises for two years. I found a better paying job with a more competent manger within a month.
