      Pros

      Some highly motivated technicians run the business

      Cons

      Terrible management. No defined goals with only focus on how to make quick money. Not the right place to work if you are highly educated. No job security. The management would shout on you every single day to release their stress. Avoid this place unless you really have nothing else to do.

      Few good colleagues love their job and care for the company. Paid overtime to cover lost hours.

      Cons

      10-15 hours/week lost on meetings for the sake of the meeting.

      Pros

      Gives hands-on experience and practical knowledge. Access to information is easy, if you want to know, you will know. Particularly good if u plan on opening your own business in the same field. Owner is accessible

      Cons

      No career growth or is very slow - with this comes no growth in pay, no change in position for a long time, experience is not valued, and even degrees or trainings. No bonuses whatsoever. No transparency, no information on how the business is doing. One man having you guys work for him, that's it.
