- Leadership is lacking, founders are disconnected from their employees - A lot of non-professional decisions are made (without real explanations to the employees) and nepotism is widely spread, especially among the higher ranks (C-Level & VPs). - CPO is an intimidating person who occasionally talks in an inappropriate way to employees. - CTO is micro-managing her employees, to a level that the whole department is not functioning in the last months and engineers start to look for other opportunities. - People are getting fired only because they are in the wrong side of the political map, or because they dared to ask for a raise or a change of position. Great and effective employees being made to leave or getting fired because of false reasons. - Stress in the organization is very high, mainly because of mistakes made by management and frequent change of priorities and employees pay the price by working after work hours if needed. - Salaries are OK but once you sign - you will probably never get a raise or more options.
