- The company is scam because they hire people by luring them in with attractive packages but when people won't get the promised amount and face such a backlash they will automatically take a step back and resign, now here's the catch, if you resign then you have to pay back 25,000 for xyz reason. Trust me there is no training offered whatsoever, so this amount is just to get cheap labour from you, or make profit from the employee himself. Hire and Fire is still better than this cheap strategy.
- They have no funding to back their business and not enough funds as well, and forget about the profits because no one buys their product which is some training program.
