Pros

Fantastic group of people!! Wanted to post something about the fact that this is a real legit business and if Rick reaches out to you about a job, don’t think twice. It will be an outstanding opportunity! (Ps and there is plenty of coffee.)

Cons

None at this time! Can’t think of any.

Pros

Rick really cares and does everything he can to support the consultants. He makes himself available to us for training, coaching, strategy, etc. Huge earnings potential in a very relaxing work place setting - best of both worlds. If you’re willing to work, you’ll make a lot of money.

Cons

I live in MD so a bit of a commute. But doesn’t bother me because I get more done when I’m in the office.

Pros

At TRG you have the opportunity to earn a very high income. This coupled with the flexibility and work/life balance makes it an ideal place to work. It all depends on you and how you apply the EXCELLENT training and coaching that is available. The founder of the firm is an industry veteran who seemingly knows everyone and has seen and done it all. He truly cares about making each person who works there successful and is very patient. After spending most of my career in the corporate world, the environment at TRG is a breath of fresh air with no annoying bureaucracies to deal with or impediments to getting things done. For the right, motivated person who is willing to learn there are few opportunities out there that compare.

Cons

My "con" isn't really a problem with the company, it just has to do with making sure you're the right, motivated person to set yourself up for success. You need to be coachable and willing to apply the training and coaching with good organizational skills or it's probably not going to work for you.
