      Pros

      I worked with some fantastic colleagues and young people that were genuinely motivated by a cause that matters. The work itself is highly meaningful

      Cons

      The leadership left so much to be desired and constantly held back the organisation from meeting it's potential. Chaotic is probably the best description. Plenty of good people left because of unethical behaviour, including bullying, from the senior management who continue to be employed at the organisation.
