If you're good at sales your salary can be whatever you want Rewards for high numbers of sales
Cons
Working on Saturdays Hours can be tough, 1pm-8pm Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday

Pros
They care about results, so if you work hard there are a lot of incentives available. The CEO is approachable and there is a lot of room to grow. The hours typically start after 12pm so if you arent a morning person its awesome!
Cons
It's not easy work, and its not for everyone.
