      Everyone is working long hours so no favouritism

      Cons

      Work load requires long working hours without overtime pay. No work-life balance. Unpleasant approach from some department representatives, toxic relationships.

      Exposure to some great restaurant brands

      Cons

      You are expected to work weekend even if you are in a Monday to Friday role. You are expected to work bank holidays. You are expected to answer your phone at all hours - early in the morning late in the evening. They take advantage of hard working, dedicated people and are rude an ungrateful in the process. The language used is appalling , everyone is stressed and angry.

      long hours working from 7 to 4pm without time for lunch or even a 5 minutes break , staff are nice but managers are terrible and bad persons
