Pros
You can really make a difference to students applying to medicine and help them on their journey, which is very rewarding.
Cons
Micromanagement from the “CEO”, had to run every email by her before it was sent to clients. No one was ever happy with any work that was done by any team member. Unpleasant “bitching” from management to team members about other team members when they were not present. Unrealistic expectations of employees commitments to work out of hours/overtime.
