Worked with them for a beauty event previously and they play favours. They were running ads on Facebook promising ambassador roles with high pay but that is not the case at all as they only offer those jobs to people who already worked with them. When they needed a replacement one day and I happened to see their job, I applied for it. They made us download some app with timestamp to prove that we are at work on time. When it was time for my pay, they deducted 15 mins of my pay as they claimed I was late when I wasn't and of course I highlighted it to them only to be met with a rude response. After that whenever I applied for their higher paying jobs, I will always be rejected.
