The culture is amazing! The values of the organization are evident in the day to day operations. Strong Teamwork - even the CEO helps when there is a big task to complete. Appreciation - management shows appreciation for the staff on a consistent basis. Small things like hot chocolate on a snowy day and ice cream on a hot one go a long way! Room for growth - How far you go with The Learning Lamp is up to you! Management mentors and supports while simultaneously listening to your fresh thoughts and ideas. They even offer tuition assistance and apprenticeship programs for people in education. You can get your degree while working! Hard work is valued - I have worked in many places where you give 100% and management wants to know why you didn't give 110%. Cons
