Pros

The Head Office staff are good and cooperative.

Cons

Very bad way of functioning They don’t have enough staff, and the staff that they have, mis lead the others, the Didi’s and aya’s don’t take proper care of the kids, and teachers keep screaming at the small kids. Done give joining letter to the ppl they have appointed and want them to do all da work. They provide wrong information to da parents, about dr child as they are scared that they will loose admissions. They want the front office staff to handle the kids also and not inform the parents abt the reality of what the child is doing in the school. They think this way they can get more admissions.

Pros

While on the job, you can basically be your own boss.

Cons

-worst pay structure ever (I had 30 unpaid hours--employer erased all records) -Don't even care about the students; gave tutors no specific instructions on what to cover despite pre-testing students prior
