There is always a clear line of communication between leadership and employees. We are all well informed of how the our business is doing. Everyone is will to help when needed.

The culture here is truly family-like. My colleagues are not only great to work with day-to-day, but they're also deeply committed to the team's success and to each other. It makes coming to work something to look forward.

No major cons from my perspective; every company has room to grow, and Jacobson listens to its employees and continues to evolve with their needs.
