      The culture here is truly family-like. My colleagues are not only great to work with day-to-day, but they're also deeply committed to the team's success and to each other. It makes coming to work something to look forward.

      Cons

      No major cons from my perspective; every company has room to grow, and Jacobson listens to its employees and continues to evolve with their needs.

      Pros

      Jacobson was excellent in their communication. The company I worked for was outstanding, the best working experience in my life

      Cons

      none, actually. The Bonus pay difference year over year was not great, but that is not Jacobson's issue

      Pros

      Very friendly and attentive staff. They kept me in the loop on my hiring process and even checked in throughout my assignment. Great professional people!

      Cons

      Benefits leave somewhat to be desired. However, take into account it's a temporary position. At least they offered what they could.
