Pros

Absolutely no pros to this company at all, the entire company is a scam!! Only pro is the office is near sauchiehall street so there is choice of somewhere to eat (I think that says a lot about the place)

Cons

Where do I begin... I applied my CV through Indeed and got a response right away which i thought was strange because companies usually take a day or two to read over applicants. They called me in for an interview for the end of the week which realising now, I should of never left the house. They make it seem as though this job is once in a lifetime and we should be thankful for the opportunity. NO, don't fall for this rubbish. Gilles Baudet has to be the biggest bullying, lying, scammer there is! Its a pyramid scheme that has you working non-stop and if you need a break then you are considered weak and not-worthy. If you are wanting to sell your life and soul to the devil then here is the place to be... I would of rated it zero stars if it would let me

Pros

It teaches you not to be fooled by pyramid schemes in the future. Great experience in doing the type of job (and I use the term 'job' very loosely here) you don't want. Gave me the drive to secure a real job.

Cons

Less than minimum wage (£40 a day, whether you work 8 hours or 12). You have to work 6 days a week. You have to sign a gag order (meaning that any bad experience you have at this company cannot be shared with others). You have to pay for your own travel expenses and food, though you are told you can claim these back against your tax, but you don't make the minimum amount required for this to apply. You are told you are self employed, even though you are not. The office has no tables or chairs or any other furniture for that matter, so you have to sit on the floor (so professional - not). When someone leaves the manager will say they were weak or didn't want to work hard etc.. (personally I think it's the ones that leave that do have something between their ears). When you sit and work it out, every person getting 40 leads per day, the man at the top is making £200 per lead generator, then selling those details on and on, you are just making him very rich. Interview was conducted in a pub (again lol at the professionalism). You have to get to the office before 7 each morning, when you get there they have music blaring and then the manager gets everyone jumping at the click of his fingers (literally). The manager is overly confident considering. They used to be known as Glasgow Interactive, but went out of business. You will be made to feel that if you quit, your making a big mistake and are weak.

Shambles of a company

Pros

The office can be fun sometimes.

Cons

What an absolute crap company! It comes under an umbrella of companies: Hero 21, the colour yellow (probs changed now), pro gen etc. They have no care for their staff unless there making there pockets bigger. Standing out on the street for hours trying to sell electricity to people, this kinda job won't be around in the future with the growth of technology so why don't they do us all a favour and shut now. It's not a good lifestyle/job for anyone and I feel sorry for everyone that gets sucked into this illegal trap of a company.
