Pros

I fail to identify any

Cons

These guys finesse their way out of a situation. Jugaad solutions to any challenge. Investment in real estate is their only game. No clear vision. Employees are disrespected. Members/clients aren't taken seriously.

Pros

- Learn about multiple verticals - Team is young and has lots of potential (Also very hardworking) - Company is growing. - Given a leadership role (Also look at cons) - Space and community is wonderful. - CEO is approachable and understanding.

Cons

- Just giving someone a title isn't 'handing them' Leadership. Actually give them the autonomy to make decisions and if you can't let them, then assign the right mentor who can work with them and make things happen. - Graveyard of ideas - The lack of support only leads to the death of any ideas and then employees are blamed for not being able to execute. - Overworked employees - working above and beyond their scope of work and then penalized or put down for not doing enough. Also the compensation really doesn't match the scope of work assigned. - Zero employee incentives and very low increments and motivation. - No recognition or support of employee strong points.

Pros

Could be a good Harvard Case Study in start up failure

Cons

- Growth Strategies are structured around the life learning of Elon Musk, Edision, Newton, Steve Jobs and Shah Rukh Khan. Incompetent and delusional should rather be the "go to" playbook. - The tag Line speaks of Work, Play and Grow. The on- ground equivalents for employees are Over work, Get played and Leave - Benefits and perks "do not even" exist on paper - The management boasts of a lean team structure, which is by far the most truthful statement since "growth" to this company is a mere "fantasy" - The "Leaning Curve" at the company is more like a complete curve
