      Difficult administrative staff but Department colleagues supportive

      Pros

      If you are a student working in your Department as a research assistant, it is a good opportunity to work on academic research projects in your field.

      Cons

      It is difficult to work with the administration; everything works at snail speed and the idea of customer service does not exist for about 90% of staff. But, this is mainly limited to the administration; within departments and research units it is a much more positive atmosphere.

      Nice schedule and people, interesting environment.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy may come sometimes into some of your worst nightmares... Though probably it is mostly because of the canton regulations, and not the institute.
