      Nice schedule and people, interesting environment.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy may come sometimes into some of your worst nightmares... Though probably it is mostly because of the canton regulations, and not the institute.

      Fast paced, startup esc environment. Great staff to work with and their growing to new heights.

      Things can easily get lost in the commotion. Not always the most efficient process.
