      Great cause, committed and passionate team, brilliant volunteers!

      Cons

      Governance is very questionable, board tries to be involved in operational level stuff, it's quite messy in the senior leadership. Team members unfortunately aren't valued and their potential isn't realised which is why there is such high turnover.
