Pros
TheFINDlab does an excellent job at hiring employees that are passionate about photography. I developed some great, long-lasting friendships with my coworkers. I was given the chance to travel and meet some key players in the wedding industry. The owner and his wife do a great job with making employees feel valued and important.
Cons
The day to day management is passive aggressive at best. Management would openly talk about clients they didn't like, whisper in front of staff about currently employees, and promoted gossip in the work place. Employees were often asked to work much more than originally agreed to. In the end, I left because of the inter-office drama that almost felt encouraged by the management.
