The Delta Group reviews about "people"

Poor management from top to bottom and can't understand why people want to work for this place and why clients would want to work with them. They try to plant mistakes on you and they try to force you out.

Biased, no diversity or inclusion, horrible communication, no people management, lack of trust and basic human decency at this place. Toxic work culture, no positive reinforcement, or any real personal development plans to help employees grow and up skill.

The board is really only centred around one mans opinion. Very toxic

The atmosphere. Management. The boring work. Poor clients. Lack of flexibility. Refusal to let you work from home. 30min lunch breaks (yes, even in 2023). Office location. HR and management would continuously lie to try and keep you happy/quiet. I have never experienced anything quite like it. They lie to people in their job interviews to get you to join them because they know they are not a good company to work for. They will say "yes" to everything to get you in the door, then once you're in and they have you... you realise you have been conned into joining them.

No clear career path for progression, no PDRs or appraisals/ investment in people
