Pros
The people you work with. They are the only reason I can give this company 1 star. I met some really great people, some who have become very good friends.
Cons
The atmosphere. Management. The boring work. Poor clients. Lack of flexibility. Refusal to let you work from home. 30min lunch breaks (yes, even in 2023). Office location. HR and management would continuously lie to try and keep you happy/quiet. I have never experienced anything quite like it. They lie to people in their job interviews to get you to join them because they know they are not a good company to work for. They will say "yes" to everything to get you in the door, then once you're in and they have you... you realise you have been conned into joining them.
