So many kind people. Lots of free food during busy season.

• No structured training • High expectations from Principal my second week there • Terrible management that does not listen • Extreme favoritism • Can be responsible for a tax deadline alone • Very low pay • Ignored for days at a time • Heavy drinking culture (even drinking on the clock) • Bullying •No help • Bad work culture

Good PTO, great way to gain experience in different areas, good training and continuing education

Cons

Complaints of an unfair and hostile work environment are not taken seriously and any reports of sexual discrimination will be completely dismissed. An awful and traumatizing experience. Do not work here.

The Bonadio Group strictly prohibits all forms of harassment and discrimination, including sexual harassment, and takes all allegations of any such behavior very seriously. We train all of our employees regarding our non-harassment and non-discrimination policies and have established a reporting and investigation process through our Human Resources Department to respond to all allegations of misconduct. All allegations of harassment, including hostile work environments, are investigated and appropriate responsive actions are taken. After extensive research, we cannot find any evidence of a sexual discrimination/harassment complaint that was reported to Human Resources and ignored/not take seriously as described in this anonymous review. If the reviewer has additional information, we would welcome a phone call to the CHRO, Heather Rudes.
