Awful work environment - Anonymous employee The Bonadio Group Employee Review

The Bonadio Group strictly prohibits all forms of harassment and discrimination, including sexual harassment, and takes all allegations of any such behavior very seriously. We train all of our employees regarding our non-harassment and non-discrimination policies and have established a reporting and investigation process through our Human Resources Department to respond to all allegations of misconduct. All allegations of harassment, including hostile work environments, are investigated and appropriate responsive actions are taken. After extensive research, we cannot find any evidence of a sexual discrimination/harassment complaint that was reported to Human Resources and ignored/not take seriously as described in this anonymous review.
