Pros
Joining The Agency has been an amazing change for me. I feel I've found a place where I'm stable and genuinely supported, surrounded by a great group of coworkers who are easy to get along with. My work here is creatively fulfilling, and it's something I actually look forward to each day. There's no pressure to put on a "corporate" front, which makes the environment feel more authentic and helps employees build better connections. It's exciting to be part of a rapidly growing company and to feel such a direct connection to our shared success. I'm genuinely excited for where The Agency is headed, both for my own path and for all of us collectively.
Cons
As a smaller, rapidly expanding company, you'll find less of a rigid, traditional structure. The Agency has built a solid foundation, embracing that dynamic environment and its inherent "growing pains" is key. If a formalized corporate setting is what you're seeking, this might not align with your preference. Also, you absolutely need to be a self-starter and self-sufficient here. If you prefer a lot of direct oversight or lack the drive to manage your own work, this role could be challenging.
