The interview process at The Agency was exceptionally smooth and efficient. The CEO clearly knows what he's looking for, resulting in a swift and decisive process. I truly appreciate that they value your time and avoid the lengthy, drawn-out process typical of larger corporate environments. An offer was extended less than a week after my initial interview, which was incredibly refreshing!
